Welcome to the Loring PTO!

When your family joins the Loring School community, you become a part of the Loring PTO; a community of parents, teachers and school administrators joining together to enrich the educational and social experience of our students.

Parent involvement is critical to our success and there are a number of ways to get involved. If you are interested in learning more about the different opportunities available please email our co-chairs Crystal Pike and Anne Devine.

Food Pantry TOMORROW!

9/21/2022 8:09 am

Food Pantry Friday is almost here! Tomorrow, September 23rd, is Loring's first food drive of the year and let's go out of the gates strong! We ended the last school year by collecting 50 boxes for the Sudbury Food Pantry in June. Let's beat that tomorrow!

There are two ways left to donate this month:

1) Send donations with your student to school tomorrow and they can leave it by their normal building entrance.

2) Drop it off at your convenience anytime today at one of the neighborhood drop boxes. Boxes are at 25 Singletary Ln, 24 Pokonoket Ave and 195 Woodside Rd.

Visit the Loring Book Fair!

9/21/2022 8:08 am

The Loring Book Fair is open tomorrow and Saturday for two shopping events where students can visit the book fair with an adult, and experience a wide variety of engaging books.

  • Friday, September 23rd: 2:40pm (after school)-5:30pm in the gym; please enter through the Loring gym doors, not the front; students will not be allowed to visit the Book Fair until car and bus pick up have cleared the school
  • Saturday, September 24th, 4:30pm-6:00pm in the gym during Leopardfest

The PTO receives 25% of the revenue made from book fair purchases. Cash, credit card, and checks are accepted (made out to Loring PTO).

Don't miss out on the in-person Book Fair events! The online fair will be live 9/27-10/5, however, the selection is more limited; more details to follow next week.
