2026 Summer Camp & Opportunities Fair

Exhibitor Registration ($250 early bird price before 11/30, $300 regular price, this includes everything in the online only option so if you are purchasing Exhibitor, there is no need to purchase online as well):

• Online listing on sudburycampfair.org with your camp noted as attending the Camp Fair in person
• One table at the event
• Lunch for 2 people included per table
• Directory go-live date will be December 8th and will be updated weekly as new submissions come in
• Early bird pricing is automatically applied during checkout through November 30

Online + SWAG BAG ($125 early bird price before 11/30, $150 regular price):

• Share camp information virtually with prospective families from December 8, 2025 through September 2026 plus inclusion of up to two items (1 paper item, 1 marketing item) to be distributed to the first 100 families that attend.
• $150 (Register by November 30 and receive a $25 early-bird discount)

Cancellations:

• Cancellations before January 9th will receive the difference in cost between live attendance and the online camp directory less a 5% administrative fee.  
  
  • Early Bird registration refund amount = $118.75
  • Standard registration refund amount = $142.50
