Registration is now OPEN for the 22nd Annual Sudbury Camp Fair. Due to space restrictions, we are limited to 50 camps at our in-person event. Click here to secure your spot!
We hope you’ll join us! You’ll not only reach families from the Sudbury Public School district of over 2,500 students from K-8, but families from our neighbors all over MetroWest - Wayland, Concord, Lincoln, Marlborough, Framingham, Stow, Maynard, and Hudson.
When: Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 11am-2pm

LIVE ATTENDANCE
- Host a booth at the fair for the opportunity to speak directly with prospective families on January 21, 2024 at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School.
- Includes one table, two chairs, and lunch for two
- Includes listing in our online camp directory from December 9, 2023 through September 2024.
- $300 (Register by November 30th and receive a $50 early bird discount)
ONLINE CAMP DIRECTORY ONLY
- Share camp information virtually with prospective families from December 9, 2023 through September 2024.
- $150 (Register by November 30th and receive a $25 early-bird discount)

**Cancellation Policy for Live Attendance: Cancellations before January 9, 2024 will receive the difference in cost between live attendance and the online camp directory less 5% administrative fee. Early bird registration refund = $118.75; Standard registration refund = $142.50.
